L'idea di rendere questo investimento accessibile a tutti -piccoli e medi investitori privati e pubblici- diventerà possibile grazie alla vendita del 49% della costituenda&amp;nbsp;"Sociedad Civil" che permetterà di comprare da un minimo del 1% (1 Ettaro) ad un massimo del 10% (10 ha massimo&amp;nbsp;per ogni singolo socio entrante) delle&amp;nbsp;quote della stessa, creando una sinergia tale da iniziare a breve (tre mesi anche)&amp;nbsp;i lavori di viabilità e recintazione degli ettari destinati al parco ecologico;
